 Director of Community Engagement & Generational Legacy 

Judy leads community engagement and legacy initiatives at Generations Woven. She is responsible for cultivating relationships within the organization’s core community, “The Woven Ones,” and ensuring that the values of tradition and generational wisdom are reflected across all platforms. Judy oversees outreach efforts with women’s groups, nonprofit organizations, and community partners, and plays a key role in shaping the storytelling and creative direction of workshop programming. Her leadership ensures that Generations Woven remains inclusive, intergenerational, and mission-aligned. 

Director of Spiritual Vision & Program Operations

Nerina Human directs the strategic development of Generations Woven’s coaching workshops, retreats, and scalable business offerings. She curates speaker collaborations and intergenerational content, ensuring depth and authenticity in all programming. Nerina also leads the optimization and automation of coaching services, expanding the organization’s reach and operational efficiency. As a representative voice for corporate women and global entrepreneurs, she brings a unique perspective that bridges professional ambition with personal and spiritual growth.

 Director of Digital Content & Business Strategy 

Tasha Garcia oversees digital strategy, content development, and brand growth for Generations Woven. She manages day-to-day operations, long-term planning, and business development, including financial strategy and donor/sponsor relations. Tasha guides marketing and branding efforts across digital platforms and leads the creative direction for digital products such as eBooks and journals. As the organization’s youngest director, she ensures Generations Woven remains relevant to emerging audiences while maintaining alignment with its core mission and values.
